1. Agreement to Terms

This policy outlines the acceptable use of the BAGUVIX Anticheat and the terms and conditions governing its usage. By purchasing or using our product, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. License Ownership and Transfer:

Ownership: You are the initial owner of the BAGUVIX anticheat license upon purchase.

Server Transfers: You may transfer the license to a different server within your ownership without any additional fees.

Account Transfers: Transferring the license to another Discord account is strictly prohibited without prior approval, payment of applicable fees, and the provision of verifiable proof of ownership for the receiving account.

Unauthorized Transfers: Transferring the license to any server or entity not under your direct ownership or control is strictly prohibited. This includes situations where you are acting as a "front" for another entity.

3. Usage Restrictions:

You may not modify, copy, or edit any part of the BAGUVIX anticheat software or any associated materials.

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to understand the inner workings of the software is strictly prohibited.
• Using the anticheat for commercial purposes, including but not limited to reselling, distributing, or licensing it to others, is strictly prohibited.
• Removing or altering any copyright or trademark information associated with the Baguvix Anticheat is prohibited.
• Sharing any part of the anticheat software or any related information with unauthorized individuals is prohibited.
• Attempting to bypass, circumvent, or interfere with the functionality of the anticheat, including any global bans or whitelisting systems, is strictly prohibited.

4. Support and Service:

Support: By purchasing the Baguvix Anticheat, you agree to accept the level of support provided by the Baguvix team.

Testing: Testing the anticheat on a non-production environment is recommended to ensure compatibility and minimize disruption to your server.

Updates: Keeping the anticheat updated with the latest versions is crucial for optimal performance, security, and to benefit from bug fixes and improvements.

5. Refunds

• Refunds are generally not provided after purchase.
• Exceptions may be considered in rare cases where the anticheat is found to be completely non-functional or significantly defective.

6. Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights related to the Baguvix Anticheat, including but not limited to software, documentation, and trademarks, are owned by Baguvix.

7. Account Suspension and Bans:

• Violating any of these terms may result in account suspension, license revocation, or permanent bans.
• Global bans are considered permanent and cannot be revoked.

License Revocation: The anticheat license may be immediately revoked.

Account Bans: The Discord accounts associated with the offending parties may be banned from using the Baguvix Anticheat in the future.

Key Voiding/Cancellation: The anticheat key used on the server may be voided or canceled, rendering it unusable. This addition explicitly states that the anticheat key itself can be rendered invalid as a consequence of misconduct. This serves as a strong deterrent and reinforces the seriousness of violating the rules.

8. Confidentiality

Sharing any confidential information related to the Baguvix Anticheat, including but not limited to internal documentation, customer data, or technical details, is strictly prohibited.

9. Disclaimer

The Baguvix Anticheat is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Baguvix does not guarantee the effectiveness of the anticheat in preventing all forms of cheating.

10. Developer Conduct and Responsibility:

Developer Misuse: If any developer associated with the server or city where the Baguvix Anticheat is deployed is found to be manipulating, misusing, or attempting to circumvent the anticheat, the following actions may be taken:

• License Revocation: The anticheat license may be immediately revoked for the entire server.
• Account Bans: The Discord accounts associated with the offending developers may be banned from using the Baguvix Anticheat in the future.

Developer Cooperation: All developers associated with the server must cooperate with Baguvix investigations into any suspected misuse or manipulation of the anticheat. This may include providing access to server logs, player data, or other relevant information.

11. Bans and Whitelists:

• Global bans are not revocable and no detection under this is false.

• Any attempts to bypass the global ban or whitelisting system will result in immediate and permanent bans.
• If you attempt to use cheats again and are detected, this will result in the revocation of your whitelist status.

Baguvix reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes to this policy will be effective upon posting on the Baguvix website or within the anticheat software.
